Texas Little Light was born from a simple belief: every child deserves a chance to discover what they're capable of — regardless of their background.
Our Mission
Texas Little Light exists to remove the barriers that keep kids from experiencing the joy of creativity, entrepreneurship, and the arts. We believe that when a child sells their first handmade craft, performs their first ballet, or writes their first song — something shifts in them forever.
We provide free, community-driven programs to children in the Tomball, Texas community. No fees, no waitlists based on ability to pay, no child turned away. Just opportunity, encouragement, and a community that shows up for its kids.
How It Started
Texas Little Light started with a folding table, a handful of kids, and a big idea. Noelle Pierce saw children in the community who were bursting with creativity but had no outlet — no programs they could afford, no stage to stand on, no market to sell at.
What began as a small market grew into a full suite of free programs. Word spread. Volunteers showed up. Families got involved. And the kids — the kids showed everyone what they were made of.
Today, Texas Little Light is a growing community movement and is still volunteer-powered, still free, and still driven by the same belief that started it all: every child has a light inside them. Our job is to help it shine.
